The study used data from the national Cancer Institute Surveillance Epidemiology and End Results Program. Referring to its results, the authors noted, \u201cThere is a need to inform health care professionals about the increasing incidence of early-onset cancer, and investigations for possible tumors need to be considered when clinically appropriate, even in patients younger than 50 years.\u201d<\/p>\n
Increased breast cancer rates among women have also been identified. Researchers are still unsure what is triggering the results of this alarming disproportionate data.<\/p>\n
